剛把老牌公關公司 Edelman 所發表的白皮書 "Trust MEdia? How Real People Are Finally Being Heard - The 1.0 Guide to the Blogosphere for Marketers & Company Stakeholders" 看完。果然,讓我偶遇到這份資料的 planet sab 作者說的沒錯:「這份白皮書是值得推薦給所有從事傳播/溝通的人閱讀的,特別是那些仍不知道 blog 為何物的人」。
這份資料連封面加註釋共22頁,抽個半小時的時間把它整個讀完,對於 blog 所形成的衝擊、挑戰與因應之道(特別是對商業世界而言),應該可以得到個較清楚、完整的圖像。這份報告是以它們公司今年做的信任度調查報告來開場,提到人們的信任對象已經從權威人物轉移到「像你、我一般的凡人」(“average people, like you.”) 而 「blog 正是促成此一變化的新興科技之一」。其它的篇章目錄如下:
